Bob Regnerus is a Purpose Factor® Licensed Facilitator and EMCC-accredited coach, with more than three decades guiding high performers in business and life. Known simply as "Coach Reg," Bob has a gift for seeing patterns others miss and helping people reconnect with what they already know deep down.

For nearly forty years, Bob coached basketball, mentoring over 1,500 athletes through more than 1,500 games. Today, he continues that work as Head Golf Coach at his high school alma mater. For Bob, coaching is never just about the sport. It's about who you become when no one's watching and how you show up when it matters most.
