Client Stories
Real Breakthroughs. Real People. Real Results.
The people I work with don't lack ambition. Some are in the natural swing between chapters, navigating a transition, an ending, or a decision that won't resolve itself. Others are winning but restless, sensing there's a bigger mountain to climb. And some just want to stay sharp, to see the blind spots before they become roadblocks.
Here's what happened when they tuned back into their conviction.
Karen Brennan
Sales and Marketing Professional
The Situation: Karen's job had been eliminated. She was at a crossroads, successful but unsure what came next. She had options but no clarity on which path was right for her.
The Shift: In one SPARK Vision Experience, Karen saw what her restlessness had been trying to show her all along. The clarity gave her the courage to make the move she'd been avoiding for years.
The Result: "Twelve days later, I had an offer in my hand."
"I chose to work with Bob instead of a traditional coach because of his character, integrity, and phenomenal skills in listening and observation. He was able to see things right in front of me but beyond my line of sight. Bob helped me cut through the temptation to say yes to everything just to land something. I didn't want to just land; I wanted to expand.
Bob's approach moved beyond the typical resume and interview coaching - he focused on my heart and soul. I've happily landed in a new role, and many of the aha moments we had during our session resonate with me every day. Choosing to work with Bob was an investment that helped me move forward in life in a beautiful, positive, and uplifting way."
Jim Spaulding
Owner, Cardiac Care & Safety, Inc.
The Situation: Jim came with a major business decision on the table. One that could reshape his company's future. But that wasn't all. He wanted more than just business success. He wanted to improve his health, play more golf, and create real freedom while still running a highly profitable business.
The Shift: Jim kept cycling through the same questions, overanalyzing every move, struggling to align his ambitions with the reality of his life. In one immersive SPARK Vision Experience, he broke through the noise. He got absolute clarity on his business move, and saw how his personal goals and professional vision could work together, not against each other.
The Result: Jim realized freedom and profitability aren't opposites competing for space. They're two expressions of the same thing. Health and success aren't separate goals. They fuel each other. He walked away with a clear decision, a new way of thinking about success, and a plan that made space for his biggest priorities: his business, his health, and the life he actually wanted to live.
"I chose to work with Bob because of his rare combination of humility, intuition, and boldness. Bob is an incredible listener with a gift for asking the hard questions that really get to the heart of things. His decades of entrepreneurial experience combined with his ability to work with hundreds of others like me made every session with him incredibly powerful.
Bob's approach is both gentle and direct. He has a way of cutting through surface-level issues and helping me see things I hadn't recognized before. Every session left me with actionable insights and a deeper understanding of myself and my path forward.
Working with Bob has been one of the most valuable investments I've made in my growth, and I'm confident I'll continue working with him for years to come."
Elouise Cloete
Founder of Event Company, Fertility Coach
The Situation: Elouise had a vision: to turn her personal story into a book, step onto stages, and coach women on the same journey she had walked. She had the story. She had the experience. She had the drive. But something was holding her back. It wasn't a lack of strategy. It was a lack of clarity.
The Shift: She was still tied to an old version of herself, one that couldn't fully step into the role she was meant to play. She didn't need more tactics. She needed to see herself as the leader she already was. The moment she did, everything shifted.
The Result: Today, she's writing, speaking, and coaching with confidence. Her voice is heard. Her impact is multiplying.
"I'm incredibly grateful to you, Bob, for being my coach. With your intuitive understanding and your ability to cut straight to the heart of the matter has really been invaluable in guiding me through the journey of discovering who I am.
With your skillful approach, you've helped me uncover key insights from specific moments in my life story, illuminating aspects of myself that I always knew were there but hidden. With your compassionate and your insightful approach, you've also allowed me to embrace who I am with newfound clarity. Peeling away the layers of the idea of who I am isn't an overnight discovery, but with your support and guidance throughout our time together, I have been empowered to navigate life with a renewed sense of purpose.
I can wholeheartedly recommend what you do to anyone seeking deep personal growth and a better understanding of themselves. Thank you, Bob, for creating the space for me."

Keston Nancoo
Former Pro Soccer Player, Leadership Coach and Former Executive
The Situation: Keston is a seasoned leadership coach working with organizations across the Caribbean. He had built a successful coaching practice helping executives and teams develop their leadership capabilities. Despite decades of experience and numerous accomplishments, he was feeling tired, running on empty without taking intentional time for himself.
The Shift: Keston was positioning and pricing himself as a "coach," a commodity that gets hourly rates. His blind spot was taking everything on himself, believing that creating clarity out of chaos was his job alone. During our integration call, a profound shift occurred. I reflected back what I was hearing: "You're not a coach, Keston. You're a culture shifter." He wasn't just coaching individuals. He was transforming the entire culture of organizations.
The Result: Keston immediately embraced the new identity. His speech to the marketplace shifted from being about "coaching" to being about "culture." Leaders' ears perk up differently. He can command higher fees because shifting culture has foundational implications for a company's bottom line, reputation, and employee retention.
"This has really, as I said, I was waiting... I said, okay, when I sit with Bob, you know. This was the day I needed to hear it. Absolutely. And I receive it... What you have done here for me as I approach my sabbatical... I am going to print this recording in size 20 or 22 font. I'm serious."
"I challenge anybody, from here on, when I get this language, to say 'I'm sorry, we can't pay for it.' That's a confidence this has built."

Michael Liebowitz
Founder, Magnetic Mind Studio
The Situation: Michael is a messaging expert who helps entrepreneurs articulate their value. He'd been toying with launching a group program for months, but kept vacillating. The idea would come up, he'd think about it, then put it back down. He knew he had a tendency to overcomplicate everything, and wanted help cutting through what he called his own "BS."
The Shift: Bob asked one question that cut through months of spinning: "What would happen if you just went to the list of people who already know you and invited them?" Michael paused. Then laughed. "Oh yeah, it wouldn't be that easy, would it? All the other steps I was putting in front of it." He had 50 past clients who would take his call, a newsletter list of 270, and relationships built over years of great work. The barrier wasn't resources. It was the blocks he'd constructed.
The Result: Michael left with a 10 out of 10 commitment level, names of five people to call first, and a plan to start Monday. No more overcomplicating. No more vacillating. Just action.
"He calls himself a coach, but honestly, that word doesn’t do him justice. My time with Bob felt more like a conversation with a patient, seasoned mentor who genuinely had my best interests at heart. It was less about being advised and more about being partnered with.
He met me exactly where I was, which was precisely what I needed, and asked thoughtful questions that illuminated things I couldn’t see on my own, even though they were right in front of me. Our session felt deeply engaging and, more importantly, safe. I was able to open up about meaningful challenges in my business, and Bob met me there with clarity and care.
I've worked with other coaches before, but Bob is truly one of the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with."
Barbara Hemphill
Entrepreneur, 47 Years in Business
The Situation: Barbara has been an entrepreneur for 47 years, building a career around helping people declutter their lives. At 78, she remains passionate about her message: "Clutter is anything that prevents you from accomplishing your work and enjoying your life." But for the past three years, she felt stuck "in the mire and muck." She knew her message was critical, but she couldn't get speaking engagements, couldn't execute on social media, and didn't have money to hire help. She felt she was running out of time and hadn't reached her purpose.
The Shift: The Purpose Factor revealed something profound: Barbara's struggle wasn't about finding her purpose. She'd been living it all along. Her block was around asking for help. As a teacher-advantage person, she gives constantly but struggles to receive. She realized that putting herself out there isn't about seeking spotlight. It's about teaching others why things matter.
The Result: Barbara connected her decluttering message to spiritual purpose: helping people be better stewards of what they've been given. She committed to approaching a national conference organizer about speaking, something she had never done before.
"Our session together was one of the most transformative experiences I have had in 78 years of life and 47 years as an entrepreneur.
"Our session together was one of the most transformative experiences I have had in 78 years of life and 47 years as an entrepreneur.
When I was about 12 years old, I shared with my mother something exciting I planned to do. I don't remember what it was, but I do remember her response: "Don't get too big for your britches."
When I was about 12 years old, I shared with my mother something exciting I planned to do. I don't remember what it was, but I do remember her response: "Don't get too big for your britches."
Through my experiences with many counsellors and coaches through the years, I knew her comment was damaging, but I didn't know what to do about it. Thanks to Coach Reg's spiritual wisdom and encouragement, I took action, and my life will never be the same!"

Shannon McCaffery
Founder, Soulful Marketing
The Situation: Shannon is a marketing professional who has worked with some of the brightest minds in direct response marketing. But she kept finding herself in the same painful pattern: take a job with a high-profile client, give everything, get burned. The same story repeated across 20 years.
The Shift: Her Purpose Factor revealed her natural advantage is Teacher, her skill set is Messenger, and the strength she'd developed through pain is Discernment. She can sense outcomes before they happen. But here's what she'd been ignoring: she knew every time. She saw it coming and went anyway. Then Bob made an observation that stopped her: "This pattern is not something you did. It's something you've called forth for a purpose. Part of your purpose might be to come through it, overcome it, and share what you've discovered."
The Result: Shannon saw her entire career with new eyes. The vigilance and discernment she'd developed weren't just survival skills. They were gifts she could teach others navigating their own narcissistic relationships.
I've known Bob for almost 20 years, and one of the many things I love about him is that when he shows up, he shows up 150%. He's not your normal, average coach. He will listen for what you don't say and help you in a way that I have not been helped by coaches before.
Bob has made an impact on both my work and personal life. When I'm bothered by something, he asks questions that completely shift my perspective and turn situations around in ways I never expected. He's the coach of all coaches, and if you have the opportunity to work with him, jump at that chance.
Caitlin Doemner
Founder, VirtualCoachingSales.com and EcstaticWay.com
The Situation: Caitlin had built multiple successful companies and generated tens of millions in revenue for coaching industry leaders like Deepak Chopra and Ali Brown. She'd studied at Oxford, earned her MBA, published books, traveled the world. On paper, she had it all. But she found herself at a unique crossroads, facing big questions about identity, purpose, and what really matters.
The Shift: In one session, several realizations hit hard. She'd been associating her worthiness with financial contribution. She'd been operating from her head when her real power lived in her heart. She discovered patterns she'd been running for years without seeing them. The insight that landed hardest: stillness was terrifying to her, but absolutely necessary.
The Result: Caitlin left with clarity on the difference between operating from logic versus intuition, and permission to trust her sensitive, emotional, intuitive self rather than staying "safe" in her analytical mind. She committed to unpacking the patterns and following the invitation each one held.
"I came to Bob in the middle of a massive life crisis. My business and marriage were up in the air, and it felt like my entire house was burning down. Bob helped me go deep on who I am, what I want, my values, and how to make decisions, getting back in touch with my intuition and inner voice. If you're looking for a coach who supports you with love, compassion, and integrity, and can be the Obi Wan Kenobi to your next and greatest self, I highly recommend working with Bob. He is incredible."
Jhana Li
CEO and Founder, Spyglass Ops
The Situation: Jhana's business was stabilizing for the first time. She finally had the team, the foundation, and the profit to build whatever version of her company she could envision. But she lacked tactical clarity on what that should look like. Traditional goal-setting had never worked for her. Revenue targets felt arbitrary. She'd also just ended a 3.5-year relationship because her inner knowing, what she calls "the nudge," made it undeniably clear it wasn't right. Alignment had become her north star. She wanted to bring that same alignment to her business.
The Shift: Early in the session, Jhana mentioned the image of a sculptor chipping away marble. By the end, Bob reflected it back: "Your process is to sculpt." The breakthrough crystallized: she doesn't need a preset vision. She needs constraints. Her clarity comes from elimination, not addition. "Ready doesn't have to look like having all the answers," Jhana realized. "Ready looks like clarity on the constraints."
The Result: Jhana left with permission to honor her own creative process. She's not the type to paint a bowl of fruit. She creates in the moment, and what needs to appear, appears.
"Working with Bob gave me clarity I never thought possible. I came in thinking I knew my problems, but Bob helped me see beyond the surface to uncover the real issues and foundational building blocks I needed. He guided me to create a vision for myself and my business that felt deeply aligned and empowering. I walked away feeling served, supported, and confident, with the tools to trust myself and evolve my vision. Bob is incredible. He will blow your mind and set you up for long-term success."
Yasmina Ellins
VIP Connector and Cosmic Wingwoman
The Situation: Yasmina had spent a year in deep spiritual development but hadn't committed to building income. She had a clear vision for helping people master relationships and had created two versions of a high-ticket program. But every time she got close to launching, she got stuck on the selling. Not the teaching. Not the helping. The part where she had to say "it's $25K" and own it.
The Shift: Bob took her through a belief-clearing process. When she said "taking money is bad," she felt a charge in her chest at a 9 out of 10. They worked through it. The charge dropped. Then a deeper belief surfaced: "I will die if I take money." She felt it in her abdomen. They cleared that too. By the end, the charges in her chest and abdomen were gone. Something remained in her throat, constricting her voice. Her body was still protecting her from declaring who she was.
The Result: Yasmina left with relief and a process she could continue on her own. She also got clarity that "cosmic" might be a stumbling block. The energy was in "wing woman." That's where her excitement lived.
"Bob was a huge catalyst in a recent breakthrough I had both in life and business. He holds space with incredible presence, empathy, and gentleness. He’s the ultimate blind spot finder and has a way of calling you forward without judgment. I was stuck in an identity that didn’t feel aligned. One SPARK Session changed that. We landed on a direction that feels exciting, clear, and completely resonant. This was one of the biggest shifts in my career, and I couldn’t have done it without Bob."
Michael Hauge
Hollywood Story Expert, Best-Selling Author & Keynote Lecturer
The Situation: Michael is a legend in Hollywood storytelling. His book and "Heroes Two Journeys" video have been studied in film schools for decades. Russell Brunson featured his story framework in a bestseller. But after surgery and a move to Oregon, he'd lost all motivation. Nothing excited him. He wasn't being invited to speak. His partnership with his COO felt stalled. He was alone, his mind spiraling into false storylines about what everyone must be thinking.
The Shift: Bob asked Michael what advice he'd give a young screenwriter who was putting all their eggs in one basket, waiting on a single studio that was stringing them along. Michael answered immediately: "Don't wait on one studio. Get it out to other places." Then Bob asked: "What aspect of that advice are you not following yourself?" Michael paused. He'd been waiting on Nicole. Putting all his eggs in one basket. The same mistake he'd tell any client to avoid.
The Result: By the end, Michael wasn't feeling remotely stuck. He was back to being excited about his Movie Night concept and had concrete next steps. He stopped considering retirement. The vacation became a vacation again, not a sentence.

"I entered my SPARK Session with Bob feeling stuck, a bit depressed and completely unmotivated to continue pursuing what had always given me joy in the passed. During the conversation, Bob kept our conversation light and fun, his questions were thoughtful and revealing, and his attitude was supportive and completely non-judgmental. He then magically gave me a whole new way of unearthing deeper feelings and insights I hadn't considered, he restored my motivation and enthusiasm for moving towards the work I truly love, and gave me a clear, powerful list of the steps I could take next. In the week that has passed since our meeting, my motivation has sustained, thanks to Bob's generosity and guidance."
Brian Zimdars
Soccer Coach and Teacher
The Situation: Brian is a 27-year-old high school business teacher and soccer coach in Madison, Wisconsin. He came in wanting to figure out how to balance teaching, coaching, marriage, and a potential side business. He felt like there wasn't enough time for everything. He also struggled with being too hard on himself when things didn't go perfectly in the classroom.
The Shift: Bob asked Brian to describe what kind of soccer player he was. Brian lit up: cerebral, defensive-minded, communicative, always checking in on teammates, loving the work and the relationships. Then Bob asked him to find the similarities between soccer and teaching. Not the differences. The similarities. Brian started seeing it: he checks in with students the same way he checks in with teammates. He has the same growth mindset. He gets on himself for a bad lesson the same way he gets on himself for a bad pass.
The Result: Brian realized he approaches everything the same way: full bore, cerebral, intentional. That's not a flaw. That's his way. The assignment: notice when he's in flow in the classroom the same way he's in flow on the soccer field.
"Bob listens so well it feels like he’s inside your brain. He creates a judgment-free zone where you can say anything. His strength lies in identifying your flow state and how to harness it in all areas of life. During our conversation, his insight, 'how you do one thing is how you do everything,' eased the pressure I was placing on myself. Bob asks the right questions, pulls out your best, and helps you see the steps to success in your journey. He shows up in incredible ways, and I’m grateful for his guidance and judgment-free listening."

Brandon Fong
Host, Beyond Curious Podcast
The Situation: Brandon has built a top 1% globally-ranked podcast, created the "Find Your Four" framework, and runs Curiosity Island, a mastermind for curiosity-driven entrepreneurs. He's interviewed Olympians, Hall of Fame speakers, and Sharks from Shark Tank. But even with all that success, he was wrestling with limiting beliefs. "I'm actually enough to do this," he admitted. "There's an identity I'm playing which is like, well, you haven't really done anything significant. How dare you go out and make this claim."
The Shift: The second limiting belief hit even harder: "In order to demand the kind of money you're seeking, you have to have answers." Then he caught himself. "Actually it's the exact opposite. If I have answers, I can't do what I do. I have to show up with no answers." It was very Costanza-like, he said. Do the opposite of what your instincts say. The real breakthrough: his obsessive over-research before podcast interviews was rooted in insecurity. "Let me shine the spotlight on someone else because I don't have anything else to say myself."
The Result: Brandon stepped into a new way of showing up: still deeply connected and prepared, but not obsessive. Show up, be present, and the right question falls into place.
"Bob is seriously one of the most kind, centered, loving, empathetic, spiritual and just incredibly passionate people that knows about raising consciousness and inspiring others to become the best version of themselves."
"He is also one of the best listeners that I know. He can hear. He cares about you so much that he can hear things about you - he kind of taps into his intuition to share things that you really need to hear at your core. And that's what I think makes him such a powerful coach because he just loves and cares about everyone that is in front of him and he can ask those questions to get you to really think and access your subconscious or challenge you in ways that he knows that you're not really living up to your full potential and he can really leverage his questions and curiosity and love and care to really get you to evolve."

Common Threads
Across all these stories, certain patterns emerge:
Purpose is already being lived. Clients discover they've been expressing their purpose all along through different containers. The Purpose Factor simply names what was always there.
Identity shifts before tactics. The biggest breakthroughs happen at the identity level: "coach" to "culture shifter," "stuck" to "ready," "confused" to "clear." Tactics follow naturally.
Language creates reality. Finding the right words unlocks confidence and clarity. Many clients take their Purpose Factor language directly into LinkedIn profiles, bios, and conversations.
What's outside mirrors what's inside. Each client had something they couldn't see about themselves that became obvious once illuminated. The external circumstances were showing them the internal shift that was ready to happen.
Conviction demands movement. Every session ends with a specific commitment and accountability. Clarity without action fades. Conviction moves.
