One Day. One Vision. Full Conviction.
You've circled this decision long enough.
Maybe it's a major transition. A business move you keep delaying. A conversation you're avoiding. A version of yourself you've glimpsed but haven't stepped into.
You don't need more information. You don't need another strategy session. You don't need someone to tell you what to do.
You need a day where everything gets quiet enough that you can finally hear what you already know.
The SPARK Vision Experience™ is that day.
This isn't about finding answers. It's about finally seeing the truth that's been there all along. And gaining the conviction to act on it.
The Day Before (Full Experience Only)
The best breakthroughs don't happen in conference rooms. They happen when you step away from the noise and into a space where clarity emerges naturally.
Whether it's a round of golf, a quiet meal, or an evening walk, we create the conditions for your guard to come down and your truth to surface. We explore the big questions that will shape our work the next day, so when you arrive, you're already primed for the breakthrough.

This is the pattern I learned from my late friend and coach Rob Berkley, who hosted me four times on his Vision Days. Rob's approach changed my life. Now, more than 20 years later, I'm honoring his legacy by taking up this work.
Clarity and Vision
We start by looking at who you truly are at your highest level. Not who you've been performing as, but who you actually are when you're fully alive.
You'll see how your natural strengths, values, and patterns point directly toward what's next. We'll identify the decisions, opportunities, or transitions that are already calling you forward. And we'll name the specific reasons you haven't stepped into them yet.
This isn't therapy. It's pattern recognition. Most people have been staring at their answer without seeing it. My job is to hold up the mirror.
Personal Reflection and Integration
The mid-day break matters. This is where insights settle. Where the biggest realizations often click into place. A walk. Some quiet. Space to let everything land.
Removing Barriers and Mapping Execution
Now we go to work.
We identify the boulders in your way: the fears, the resistance, the outdated stories that have been running in the background for years. When you see them for what they are, they lose their power.
Then we build your roadmap. Not a vague list of goals. Specific commitments. Clear next steps. The decisions that will bring your vision to life, with accountability built in.
You leave with conviction, not just clarity. You'll know exactly what's next and have the certainty to execute.
What You Leave With
- Language for who you actually are and what's next.
- A recorded session you can return to.
- Conviction you can move with.
This Is For You If...
- You're at an inflection point. A transition, a decision, a chapter ending.
- You don't need another strategy.
- You need to see clearly and move.
This Is NOT For You If...
- You want someone to hand you answers (the answers are already inside you).
- You're approaching this with deep skepticism (you have to be willing to see yourself clearly).
- You're not ready to act on what you discover (this creates conviction, which requires follow-through).
The Story Behind This Work

Rob Berkley hosted Vision Days™ until his passing in December 2018. His quote stays with me: "Life is precious. Don't waste a drop."
I had the privilege of being hosted by Rob four times. His coaching changed my life. He had a way of seeing what was right in front of you but beyond your line of sight.
Now, after 40 years of coaching over 1,500 athletes through more than 1,500 games, three decades helping executives tell stories that move people, and countless hours guiding professionals through major transitions, I'm taking up the work Rob started.
The insight is simple but profound: How you do one thing is how you do everything. The patterns that show up on the golf course are the same patterns running your business and your life. Awareness of those patterns is the first step toward transforming them.
"I chose to work with Bob instead of a traditional coach because of his character, integrity, and phenomenal skills in listening and observation. He was able to see things right in front of me but beyond my line of sight. Bob helped me cut through the temptation to say yes to everything just to land something. I didn't want to just land; I wanted to expand.
Bob's approach moved beyond the typical resume and interview coaching - he focused on my heart and soul. I've happily landed in a new role, and many of the aha moments we had during our session resonate with me every day. Choosing to work with Bob was an investment that helped me move forward in life in a beautiful, positive, and uplifting way."

"I chose to work with Bob because of his rare combination of humility, intuition, and boldness. Bob is an incredible listener with a gift for asking the hard questions that really get to the heart of things. His decades of entrepreneurial experience combined with his ability to work with hundreds of others like me made every session with him incredibly powerful.
Bob's approach is both gentle and direct. He has a way of cutting through surface-level issues and helping me see things I hadn't recognized before. Every session left me with actionable insights and a deeper understanding of myself and my path forward.
Working with Bob has been one of the most valuable investments I've made in my growth, and I'm confident I'll continue working with him for years to come."

I've known Bob for almost 20 years, and one of the many things I love about him is that when he shows up, he shows up 150%. He's not your normal, average coach. He will listen for what you don't say and help you in a way that I have not been helped by coaches before.
Bob has made an impact on both my work and personal life. When I'm bothered by something, he asks questions that completely shift my perspective and turn situations around in ways I never expected. He's the coach of all coaches, and if you have the opportunity to work with him, jump at that chance.

Investment & Next Steps
This is a full day. Mine and yours.
I limit these experiences to people who are ready to move. We start with a conversation to see if it's the right fit.
A Note on Readiness
You can't convince someone they're ready. They either feel the pull or they don't.
The question isn't whether you can see your next chapter. The question is whether you're willing to step into it.
"Life is precious. Don't waste a drop." - Rob Berkley
