I connect professional athletes with young athletes for mentorship that prepares them for life and leadership. At the same time, I help athlete-mentors build impactful businesses that extend their legacy beyond sports through TEAM, an exclusive mastermind for former college and pro entrepreneur-athletes.

Beyond my work, I have been married to my high school sweetheart, Arlene, since 1992, and we have two incredible daughters. Coaching is not just something I do. It is how I see, support, and connect with people in every area of life.
